Resource Mapping
Resource Mapping is a structured, individualized support process designed to help moms identify barriers, clarify goals, and move toward long-term stability and independence.
The program is grounded in lived experience, professional training, and evidence-informed practice. It exists to support moms across a wide range of starting points, recognizing that adversity, trauma, and systemic barriers do not follow a single path. The central aim of Resource Mapping is to strengthen maternal stability in ways that preserve family continuity and keep moms and children together whenever possible.
